You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of anyone who uses the product after purchase.

You agree to operate all products safely, wear proper protective gear, follow all local laws, and perform routine inspections before each ride. You understand that improper use, unsafe riding behavior, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety guidelines voids any implied liability of Urban Power Ride.

You acknowledge that lithium‑ion batteries require careful handling and agree to follow all charging, storage, and safety instructions. Urban Power Ride is not liable for injuries, fires, or damages resulting from improper battery use.

By proceeding with checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and waive the right to bring claims against Urban Power Ride related to the use or misuse of any product purchased.
